Ayalah, also known as Al-Ayyalah, is a traditional dance from the Arabian Peninsula, especially in the UAE and Oman. It features two rows of men swaying rhythmically with bamboo sticks or swords, symbolizing unity and strength, often performed at celebrations and cultural events.
